Every instrument goes through a disinfecting ultrasonic bath, then is rinsed, dried and sterilized in a STATIM steam autoclave, with monthly spore tests to confirm 100% sterilization. Hard surfaces are disinfected between every patient.

I had an absolutely amazing experience with Dr. Irma and her RDA Gahena. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and comfortable. Dr. Irma is extremely professional, knowledgeable, and gentle. She took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I was at ease throughout the entire visit. Gahena was equally wonderful—very kind, caring, and attentive. As someone who is terrified of the dentist I had the best experience with dr Irma and Gahena RDA at heritage valley dental. Dr Irma is very gentle and kind. Everyone in the office including the receptionist is very welcoming. The office is clean and quiet. Definitely going back. A near painless experience in a non judgemental environment.
